Security operations platform
Security operations, under one console
Sentria pulls incidents, patrols, assets, permits, maintenance and cleaning into one live record of the site, so the night shift, the duty manager and the client are all looking at the same thing.
The shift is the record.
Most security operations already know everything that happened last night. The trouble is where that knowledge lives: a daybook behind the desk, a WhatsApp group, a folder of photos on somebody's phone, and the memory of the supervisor who has been here longest. By the time the client asks, half of it has gone.
So Sentria records the work as it is done. A scan, a photo, a severity flag, a signature, each one timestamped and attached to the place it happened. The audit trail, the compliance evidence and the client report are not extra jobs at the end of a shift. They are what is left over when the shift is recorded properly.
The platform
Eight modules, one source of truth
Take one module or the whole estate. They share a data model and a site plan, so the second is always cheaper to turn on than the first.
Incidents
Logged from a phone at the point it happens, with severity, location, photos and a timestamped audit trail that closes itself out.
Patrols
QR checkpoints, per site questionnaires and photos taken on the round, so a patrol is evidence rather than a signature in a book.
Assets
Scan to sign out, scan to return. Every radio, key and set of cuffs against a name, a time and a place.
First aid
Kit contents, expiry dates and audit history per box, with anything short or out of date raised before an inspector finds it.
Permits
Hot work, contractor access and high risk tasks issued, tracked and closed against a clear lifecycle instead of an email chain.
Maintenance
Work orders, an equipment register and a planned maintenance calendar, with technicians reporting to the job from the QR code on the plant.
Cleaning
Zones, rounds and score on scan auditing, so coverage and standards are something you can look at rather than take on trust.
Reporting
Branded daily and shift reports built from the live data and delivered to the client automatically, every morning.
Incident lifecycle
Anatomy of an incident
One incident, from the front line to the client report. Every step timestamped, nothing lost in between.
- 22:14
Logged
A guard logs an intruder at Loading Bay B from their phone. Severity, location and photos are attached in under a minute.
- 22:15
Dispatched
The nearest patrol is notified instantly, and the duty manager watches it unfold live on the dashboard.
- 22:31
Resolved
The incident is closed with a complete, timestamped audit trail. Nothing is left to memory or to paper.
- 06:00
Reported
A branded shift report builds itself from the night and is delivered to the client before anyone asks for it.
Why choose
Sentria?
Built for the people holding the radio, and for the manager who has to prove on Monday what happened on Saturday.
Built by Security People
Designed by a team who have run control rooms and night shifts, not by a product manager who read about them.
One Record, Not Six Systems
Incidents, patrols, assets, permits, maintenance and cleaning share one data model, so a question only ever has one answer.
Works on the Phone in Their Pocket
Every frontline task is designed thumb first, offline tolerant and fast enough to use in the rain at three in the morning.
The Client Report Writes Itself
The report is a by-product of the work being recorded properly, not a second job somebody does at the end of a shift.
Modules You Actually Turn On
Take incidents and patrols, or the whole estate. Each client gets the modules their contract needs and nothing else.
Your Data Stays Yours
UK cloud hosted, GDPR compliant by default, with exports from day one. If you ever want to leave, you can take it with you.
On screen
Built to be read at a glance

Dashboard
The state of the site, in one screen
Open incidents by severity, patrol completion against the schedule, permits expiring this week and the assets still signed out. Live, and the same numbers the client sees.

From the founder

“As tech lead for a billion-pound mixed-use asset and founder of both a tech company and a security company, I've lived the operational demands of this industry, and built the platform frontline teams actually deserve.”

The fastest way to see this is to show us one site and the return you dread writing. We will come back with what Sentria looks like over it.
