These terms govern use of the Sentria platform, operated by Nova Herita Ltd. By accessing the platform — including the contractor and guard portals — you agree to them. Where your organisation has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.
Sentria provides security operations management: incident reporting, patrols, asset tracking, first-aid compliance, permits to work and reporting. It supports — but does not replace — your organisation’s safe systems of work and legal duties. Templates such as permit checklists are starting points and must be reviewed by a competent person before reliance.
Keep credentials, site PINs and two-factor devices secure and do not share accounts. You must not misuse the platform: no attempts to access other organisations’ data, probe or disrupt the service, or submit false records. Signed actions (for example accepting a permit) are attributed to the name entered and form part of an audit record.
Your organisation owns its operational data. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Safety-critical decisions must never rely solely on the availability of this software.
We may update the platform and these terms; material changes will be noted here. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
